Exhaust upgrade

I have the 2022 yzf-r7 and i want to make an upgrade to the exhaust. i was trying to find a manual or some kind of steps that i can follow but no luck with that. If anyone can help me find a manual and while we're here do you have some suggestions about what type/brand of exhaust should i get?

I don't have the manuals either like @MotorbikeBro but the quick way to do it is just prepare all your sockets, wrenches (especially torque), penetrating oil. Then you remove the fairings of your exhaust, loosen out the bolts and bracket. Does your bike have the O2? Guess remove that too just to be sure then replace the exhaust so quickly, put back the O2 don't forget and the fairings too. Just that. Yoshimura is good.

So I decided to go with the Yoshimura like @goofyfeatures recommended, mainly because I think it's not too loud. Waiting on it to arrive and I took @MotorbikeBro's recommendation and tried to find youtube videos and they're pretty detailed, so I doubt I'll get stuck
