Extended storage for my 2024 R7

I got an almost new 2024 R7 with almost 1,000 miles on it. I'm about to head abroad for a scholarship year so I need to store my bike for 12 months. My plan is to put it in a non-heated garage with a battery tender connected, get an oil and filter change right before I leave, cover the bike exhaust, have full tank of fuel with stabilizer added, and put it on two stands to keep the tires off the ground. Is my plan good and comprehensive enough or are there any quirks with the R7 that I should know about for extended storage? I'm hoping someone here had a similar experience and could give me some advice and insights.

Your plan's great overall, I'd suggest fogging the cylinders before storage to protect from internal rust. One concern is that non-heated garages can lead to condensation, so consider using a breathable cover to help minimize moisture buildup

You might wanna pull the battery completely and hook it up to the tender separately or use ethanol-free gas for storage and skipping the stabilizer. Otherwise, your plan looks pretty solid.

Good plan overall. I’d just add a chain lube and a breathable cover and make sure it’s stored somewhere as dry and stable as possible.
